The salary and benefits are average and basic.

Cons

Most of the people surrounding you are fake! Don't believe them and never trust them because they can lie over and over again to your face! Horrible managers, arrogant colleagues, the speed like a plague in here!!

Pros

Focused, caring leadership. The President takes the time to send a personal note to every team member on birthdays and anniversaries. Leadership goes above and beyond for employees. While every company has critics (and anonymous negative opinions), I encourage anyone looking for a company that will value their individual contributions to take a look at joining us. We are always looking for dedicated, focused, and talented people!

Cons

Honestly, there aren't many "cons". Competitive pay and benefits. Great people all around. Focused missions. We get to make a difference every day. If I had to point to one thing, I would say the company could be more open to remote work (but I actually like my co-workers, so it's not a big deal for me).
