Pros

My role has evolved several times since joining nFocus. I like that as I evolve that I have opportunities to gain more experience and become a more diversified individual. I love the people I work with and the open concept of the cubes so we can collaborate throughout the day.

Cons

While I've gotten used to wearing khakis or slacks, I'd love a casual jean Friday!

Cons

Because it's a smaller company, the supervisor/reporting structure can change more than people are comfortable with.

Without a doubt this is the best place I have ever worked. The people are extremely friendly and professional. The building and equipment is state of the art. The perks and benefits are top notch. And the work is challenging and meaningful.

Cons

There is no downside I have seen.
