nFocus Solutions reviews

This little company has all the nice things that a lot of companies I have worked for over the years had. My previous companies usually had one thing I liked here; one there. Then another one had a good piece, but none had everything I liked or enjoyed all at the same time. That said, nFocus Solutions maintains all the values, ideas, caring, environments, and flexibilities I had wished for from others. Cons vary by employee, and I currently have none. I feel more like I am a member of an extended family than an employee of just another company.

Zero leadership. Poor communication. Anytime they’d hire someone in management everyone would get excited thinking that a positive change would happen and it just never did. The owner is unwilling to hand over any sort of control so nothing ever changes. Everyone that works there is miserable so you just soak in negativity all day. There is absolutely no culture or comradery, management is aware and completely fine with this- no attempts to make it an enjoyable place whatsoever. The owner makes huge changes on a whim and everyone is left to scramble and figure out what exactly what it is she wants.
