Pros
I get to tackle new and tough challenges every day. I love being able to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions. One of the best parts of my job is working closely with different teams (engineers, designers and salespeople). The company sets clear goals which helps me stay focused and motivated, knowing exactly how our efforts contribute to the bigger picture. As a Technical Product Manager, I'm constantly learning and growing in my role. I should say that being involved in the development of our products has been incredibly rewarding.
Cons
They have strict experience criteria. While I'm eager to learn, I sometimes find myself challenged by the technical aspects of the job. Also, working in a fast-paced environment has its perks, but it can also be stressful at times.
