nFocus Solutions has a forward-thinking work culture. The company clearly sets our targets, which makes learning new things easy and achievable. Management is always open to communication and values employees. The company also provides attractive pay and benefits, including a 401k plan, military leave, health insurance, and much more. Working under strong leadership, we are always ready to offer above and beyond.

Most of the people surrounding you are fake! Don't believe them and never trust them because they can lie over and over again to your face! Horrible managers, arrogant colleagues, the speed like a plague in here!!

Pros

nFocus Solutions is one of the best companies I've ever worked for! They live by their Mission, Vision and Values: A safe and positive work environment that generates results. The benefits (health, dental, 401K, etc) are the best I've ever encountered. The executive leadership truly cares about each and every employee and management at everyl level is thoroughly engaged in the well-being of the whole team.
