Pros
Absolutely professional and compassionate employer; very interested in ensuring employees feel secure in all areas of their employment experience. This employee advocates for their workforce, is ready to hear and understand from employees, and wants the best for all. nFocus will go out of their way to ensure they really "know" who your are; i.e. you're not just a name or number; you are treated as a person. The leadership not only wants to see you do well, they will help you succeed in the process. This is a very refreshing approach to human resources, and leadership.
Cons
I know all organizations have "cons", but seriously after many years here; what may even seem like a con, is quickly rectified or resolved. The leadership wants to hear from you, and ensure you are comfortable in your position with the organization.
