Pros

If you are willing to make an effort, nGROUP offers many opportunities. They have education programs, lean and six sigma certifications, and management training. All for free if you take the time. I completed my green belt and now have that on my resume if I choose to move on in the future.

Cons

Not sure if it's a con, but they have high expectations and provide feedback so everyone improves. It is challenging but good.

Pros

I miss the people that worked for me. I started there like them so I treated them the way I would have been liked to treated. They were the ones why I went to work everyday.

Cons

Upper management was very unethical. They did not k ow how to treat their employees. They screwed me over. I'm so glad I quit.
