Pros

I loved the people I worked with. They were a lot of fun and everybody got along. There was however workplace drama, but I assume that's how most places now are. It is an average size company. I would say there is some room for promotion, but you have to be a certain type to be promoted. Something that always confused me was the people who got promoted never seemed to earn it as much as their counterparts. Overall, I really enjoyed working for them.

Cons

Drama in the work environment. Management can be very petty about small things like women's dress. They never had me sign anything on dress code when I started, and about 3 weeks in it seemed they were changing the rules due to my dress. I am very curvy and it seemed that I was being discriminated against and blamed for men not wanting to work due to "distraction" which I never actually witnessed. Maybe just sexism. Not sure. I just know that was a big hassle to myself and only a few other women. Skinny women I would see come in wearing leggings and nothing would be said to them. Other cons don't really apply to people like myself, because I liked the schedule. A lot of people don't like to have no clue what time they will be done for the day and get to go home. There was a decent amount of overtime. A lot of days we wouldn't have any idea what time we would get done and go home because we had to get certain amount of work done. That did not bother me but it took a little getting used to.

Pros

After my first week, I had fallen in love with the job. The culture that nGROUP represents, is one that any individual that has ever worked for a logistics company has always longed for. Nobody is above anyone, we are all teammates, here to accomplish one common goal. The well being, safety, and happiness of each individual teammate comes first, so that each and every teammate can come into work and fulfill their position to the best of their potential with the best attitude. All of our processes and operations of procedure derive solely from the input and ideas from our floor teammates that work the processes each day, so that it can ultimately benefit those who are involved. I walk through our 300,000 square foot warehouse, and I see nothing but smiles, laughter, and glowing atmosphere. For the first time in my life, my job is not work, but rather something that I love, as well as live to do. This company is by far the greatest job I have ever had, and arguably the best job that I will ever have.

Cons

They won't let me live here.
