Cons

Extreme double standards for what is acceptable depending on who is the person doing the action. What I got written up for, my colleague didn’t even get reprimanded for. If you get stuck with a bad manager, good luck.

Great work-life balance and excellent support from management

Cons

Project scopes are not clear sometimes which can cause confusion in terms of priority. I guess this is a general issue with lots of workplaces
