      Steady work Fair compensation depending on job Opportunities for growth within organization

      Cons

      Poor work environment Taking away more and more from employees (401k matching lowered & stock matching contributions) Do not receive bonuses anymore. Management is not very organized

Due to COVID, we have had to scale back on some of our benefits but we are hopeful that as we re-evaluate throughout this year that we will be able to reinstate or improve certain offerings. We take feedback very seriously and we will consider this information shared as we continue to grow and evolve as an organization.

      A lot of opportunity for professional growth within company. Coworkers are very goal oriented and collaborative with each other. Great company culture!

      Sometimes communication between different departments and upper management.
