      Great Company to work for

      People Oriented, Financially Stable, Good training and support, Well Organised structure

      Cons

      Generally Good company, however going through restructuring, therefore quite often you will come across massive changes. But it might get better once things will start to settle

      Cancel Culture- quick to layoff new blood; no adequate training for new employees
