      Pros

      There are some really good people to work with; but it is very dependent on the department/team you work for/with.

      Cons

      Very inconsistent with their culture. The business units tend to fight each other rather than work together. They have a very old school business mentality that doesn't always work well in a modern business world.

      Pros

      There’s no real expectations. It’s hard to get fired. Yearly tool allowance of $400

      Cons

      The pay is low. Not much room to move up without a degree. They boast their record setting profits but pay raises are below the rate of inflation.
