      Great changes

      Pros

      There has been a lot of great changes with nVent. The communication has increased, we have employee resource groups and we get to opportunity to ask questions directly to the higher ups.

      Cons

      nVent needs to also focus on employees who have been with the company for some time and re-evaluate them and compensate them correctly.

      Working at Nvent is great but so tiring and according to the work I'm doing I deserve more like salary.

      Pros

      Everybody can work even if you have language issues.

      Cons

      We have to work most of the time on heavy stuff
