Cons

Getting equipment for engineering more than $1000 in cost is challenging. People you mentor may be making more money than you. No transparency or respect for length of service.

Direct manager is very understanding and helpful. Fair but firm. Job is fast paced and I get the help and supplies I need

Cons

Corporate has not done a full take over and plant management is woeful at best.
