      Pros

      Stability- The grown of electricity and electronics makes Nvent a great future. Benifits- The benefits at Nvent ensure you and family with be covered as long as you're able to manage your money correctly Convinces- Nvent ensures your properly equipped with everything you'll need to get the job done. Just show up!

      Cons

      Fatigue- The warehouse at Nvent is not for everyone. A healthy diet, a healthy home life and ability to adapt to routine and also be able to problem solve will help you enjoy and retain your ability to perform your daily tasks. Room for advancement- Although seniority still exists, there're plenty of positions to cross into. You may have to wait in line for a specific position or the ability to move forward with your career. Moral- Nvent has quite a bit of younger employees new and experienced to the industry but, the majority of the employees have been with Nvent for 10,15 and 20+ years. Not all employees enjoy there time at NVent. Regardless of everyone past and present situations; not everyone walks around with a positive additude. This behavior and mindset in most cases transfers over to new/newer employees and tends to bring down overall moral. Best advice; be picky on who you choose to associate with.
