Not really any. Could have been a great start up but he CEO let it go to her head. Its a copy and paste of Pentair (Which isn't great).

Cons

The CEO has openly said people who don't embrace an in office policy "aren't a good fit" while they can't fill in office positions or factory positions. It is so tone deaf.

Cons

Terribly undervalue employees. Good sales people get “costed out” constantly. Compensation plans are bogus with unattainable growth targets. Upper management has no sense of direction.

During Q1 of 2020, the leadership team and the people managers have shown a lot of resilience and focus on its people, especially with all of the impacts of the current environment. Overall, the company continues to put its people first in the way that they approach day-to-day business.

Cons

As a new company, there are lots of development opportunities, along with technology, but people are working on it.
