Great work/life balance. Ability to work from home. Create your own workday. Competitive pay rates and average insurance options.

Cons

Some managers just aren't qualified to lead! Reports, reports, and more reports. A great employee doesn't need reminders everyday about doing their job. Finding many managers are not familiar with long-term care and are learning the job along with people they manage.

It is a well know company. Have good benefits.

Cons

Some of the managers do not know how to hire new employees. I have seen nurses that should have been hired but was not and vice versa. Personal should be much nicer to all staff members.

Fast paced company with great culture. Never had a job with some much given back to employees. Massive expansive growth has opened the door to many new positions and opportunities.

Cons

Breakdown of communication at layers. Users not familiar with working "independently" are lost & struggle. Some expectations set are not able to be accomplished without budget changes.
