Pros

Zero pros to speak of. Trust me this is a bad work environment.

Cons

Everything from nepotism to poor management to lack of true job description etc..... This company is run like a mom and pop that has no idea how to run a large company. It's laughable how they think they are above certain things when really I've come to see that they are a laughing stock in the local market place. Do yourself a favor and move on to better businesses.

This company had descent pay and benefits and a profit sharing plan. Most of the employees were laid back and easy to work with.

Cons

This company only takes care of family and friends of upper management, it is biased and racist with no oppurtunity for growth and has no leadership qualities whatsoever.
