I cannot tell you how much working for this company has meant to me so far. I have been in the medical billing field for 17 years and a coder for the last 12. I was about to give up and start over in another field. This company has completely changed my mind. They have so many people that are there to help or to just run an idea by. It is just amazing to be working with people who speak the same medical language I do.

Pros

I am not in a management position with NMBS, however Management does a great job encouraging all employees. Definitely a family oriented atmosphere. This company is clearly growing at a fast rate and I would encourage anyone searching for a great company to work for to not hesitate to apply.

Cons

I can't say this is a "con" but there is always plenty of work to do.
