Pros

There are a lot of genuinely kind and good-natured people who work here. You will get exposed to a wide range of technologies and an interesting set of clients with varying needs and opportunities.

Cons

Chaotic. Internal systems are unreliable, and there is a lack of consistency across everything that is done. There are some noted "processes," but there is little to no training and the documentation is usually out of date or incorrect. If you get something "wrong" then you will be told that you are not following the process. The internal systems used to document client information or help you do your job are awful compared to things like sales force.

Pros

Lots of hands on experience with networking hardware, Linux systems, creative problem solving, on enterprise to small business sized networks... If you show the urgency to learn or contribute. Excellent coworkers, HR staff, and c-level employees. CEO encourages you to think outside of the box, CTO and VP strip the ideas to something that can be deployed sanely

Cons

Does not fit the pay profile for industry standards. Much too (a company needs some vision, mind you) concerned with the details and collection of employee metrics while other internal systems work sits on the back burner. Needs real development team.

Pros

Onshore is am amazing place to learn. The environment and friendly and supportive. It is very laid back however effective. I have loved working at onShore and recommend it to anyone who is looking to learn a LOT in Tech. Everyone from Sales, to TAM's, to the Engineering team is like a family, and the C level team is available for ideas and suggestions to improve the business.

Cons

The only con at onshore is that because it is a small business it does not pay as well as biggest organizations. However, there's other benefits like flexibility and work life balance.
