Great place to work when business is good, too many ups and downs.

Good facility, good people, relaxed atmosphere.

Cons

Too sensitive to economic conditions, and is tough if your trying to get in from the bottom. There's a lot of temp hires then layoffs due to low starts, happens just about every year.

Large enough to provide a good support system, but not so large that it turns into a slow moving bureaucracy. Coworkers are friendly, helpful and committed to good quality work.

Cons

Career advancement is not clear cut. Lot of it is relationship based.
