-Absolutely no job security, no tenure is safe -Layoffs are very frequent -Almost every new hire I met quit after a few months -Low morale, somewhat depressing atmosphere -Constant griping and complaining behind managers' backs, especially from engineers -Bureaucracy is pretty rampant, especially with frequent organizational shakeups -Rivalry within parts of the company, especially due to cultural differences -Strong push to offshore analyst and manager positions to Shenzhen, including the one I held.
