On Semiconductor provides you with a comfortable atmosphere to work in and is a Global industry competitor in the semiconductor world.

Cons

It appears they don't recommend pursuing advanced degrees while on the job. But at least there is a little tuition reimbursement if approved by managers.

Good foot in the door. Good people to work with. Not rediculously difficult company to work for. Great "just out of high school" job with a chance for a long term career in the industry.

Cons

Seems like a great company to work for in the beggining, then the disgruntled employees can get to you. Company is doing fairly well in a shaky market.
