Pros

Nice senior co workers. Environment is small , but individually spacious. Free snacks and drinks. Excellent product beautiful building. Melissa is the best! Free lunch day once a week.

Cons

You have to fit in with the culture as they say. The culture is take what we give you and be quiet. You are required 100 calls a day with very few opportunities because of bad leads. The senior reps their are fed hot leads there are 2 teams there and depending who's team you're on you may get better leads. As a new rep you will have to keep trying like a numbers game it is to get one. The problem with this location is divided management. I was told to tell a lie on one manager by a manager to get on another team. I refuse to tell a lie on someone. I was told to call the CEO and advise him that I was not getting the help from my manager which was untrue. I refused to do it after being pressured daily. I decided to speak with my manager to follow chain of command. I advised him I was going to the other team out of respect for him. He became upset stating,, " she keep doing this and also told me other issues they were having. He then had the CEO contact me and said what was going on. My words exactly, " I just come to work doesn't matter who team I'm on to keep the animosity down between the two of them. He said ok. I advised the initial manager that ask me to tell the lie that I would like to speak with her when she returned to work to let her know I spoke to the other manager to let him know I'm switching. I was then lead to a room all 3 managers in front of me and the initial manager said that I was lying. The CEO told me this. It's like a cop see you speeding and write you a ticket and you may have not be speeding as the judge he's automatically going to believe the cop. So case closed. I was called a liar only because I tried to keep the peace between these 2 managers, but I was thrown under the bus to save their butts. I am an excellent sales rep within 30 days I closed just as many deals as senior reps. Managers ate apparently receiving some type of bonus per rep because the management battles over the.for.money. Never dealt with an HR department like that before. This company has to have the highest turnover rate for employment because not one person in my training class last. Only the people who has been there for years will survive. That's why they start you as a temp. Someone needs to oversee their in house managers to stop the favoritism and unfair work practices.
