Ooma has a great culture. We are taken care of here. Monetary compensation is adequate when goals are fulfilled. The team is interdisciplinary and our All Hands meetings are very transparent so we know the direction the company is moving at all times.

Cons

Some team members strictly work from home and their presence in the office would be appreciated.

The hospitality is through the roof I must say. The ease of transfer of information is admirable. A fair and thorough hiring process. Ooma so far is overall, an awesome experience.
