Pros

Stable enough, competitive salary, good people around, medicine, and partially paid fitness.

Cons

Nothing exciting left to do, dirty legacy objective-c code you have to deal with all the time. The management strives to release as many features as possible and even more. Therefore, you have no time and are not allowed to influence the project development. No career path at all. Just sit and brush buttons. No bonuses or options.
