      Pros

      Very relaxed work culture. No office politics. Everyone here is really friendly and motivated. 40 hrs a week, which is nice compared to other tech companies, where you're expected to work more. They're rapidly expanding. Ooma has doubled in size in the past year. Lastly, they offer great opportunities for interns to do meaningful stuff. The intern pay rate is great, and I was recently converted to full time. Since it's a small company, interns can have a huge impact.

      Cons

      Fairly basic building, ugly compared to a lot of tech offices, not a lot of facilities for workers due to lack of room and company size. A nice lounge was recently opened, but that's it.

      Lot of fun and exciting projects. Love the culture, team. People are very nice. A great environment, lots of collaboration and team efforts. A good balance of work and life.
