      Pros

      I really enjoy working at Ooma for several reasons. First, Ooma provides a great opportunity to work with talented and smart individuals on industry leading projects. Culture in the company has certainly improved over the past year or so. We get weekly Friday lunches and Wednesday breakfast. Not only that, but we now have a lounge where we can work in an open space and collaborate with fellow team members. Salary is competitive and comes with great benefits. I highly recommend joining the Ooma team!

      Pros

      Good commission, good team, good opportunity for growth and profit sharing as well. The company recently released IP phones which is a great add on and will give customers better abilities.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can get a bit hectic and can be very stressful, but hey, what sales job isnt? If you work hard and learn the product, you will succeed.

      Pros

      I work directly with leadership, corporate and outside sale reps in all markets. Everyone is extremely supportive, passionate to develop internal staff and utilize strengths to build dynamic teams. The company culture is amazing with endless opportunities for advancement. I love my job and feel fortunate to work with individuals that take pride in integrity and character. Fantastic company!
