      Pros

      Work/life balance with flexible hours for some positions. Career advancement planning and growth opportunity is present with a generous continuing education program as well as comprehensive training programs that occur frequently. Benefit package is generous with year-to-year premium increases being null or minimum in the last five years and includes 401K employer match. Merit increases occur regularly in the past decade and incentive bonuses have been historically present for the employees at least twice annually since 2015. Great teamwork, great environment for learning, collaborating, and being a part of something great. Is Psemi a perfect organization, no, they are not. However, every organization has its one offs, but there are many good valuable factors here that outweigh that one off’s.

      Cons

      Software and tools that are needed to reduce errors, improve efficiency, and link data/processes are lacking (currently). No stock options.
