      Pros

      - Pre-IPO shares of stock available as part of compensation - Impressive efforts made by middle managers to meet ever-changing and conflicting demands - Valuable and rigorous training program

      Cons

      - The amount of tension within the organization could be cut with a knife on some days - The "strategic plan" highlighted in SEC documentation would go a long way if communicated to employees

      Pros

      Mr. Cable and Mr. Reedy are cool guys from what I can tell. There are a few good ideas of how to run things here,a few more would be nice.

      Cons

      Feels like a minor league organization, there is this weird family feeling but it is a dysfunctional family feeling. Not my long term employer.

      Good place to start your career as a politician

      Pros

      Friday beer time (bring your own and they let you drink from 3pm-ish). You could get a good balance between work and life.

      Cons

      Politics matters more that technical or engineering contributions. Couple of wrong VP's in the wrong places are crippling the company with politics. If your game is good engineering, they will take advantage of you and play you down. If your game is politics, you have a very good chance to be successful with little or no engineering effort. Executive managers are ignorant to these issues.
