      Some of the advantages of working for pSemi include the company's generous benefits package, flexible scheduling, good work-life balance, wellness- and community-oriented activities, and family-like atmosphere. I have worked here for more than six years and intend to continue for many more.

      Cons

      I think pSemi could use some more structure around some of its processes and better communication between upper management and lower-level employees. However, I also know that management strives to foster communication through frequent townhall meetings and general availability for workers to discuss concerns.
