* Good Learning Opportunities * In progress to stability

Cons

* No work life Balance * Longer Working hours , sometimes on weekends closer to tapeout * HR involvement slows down the working potential and creates stress at times. There are so many types of performance evaluation going throughout the year. * Only one person looks after Immigration, and that person usually resigns withing months * No clarity in immigration process, unnecessary delays * Lots of talented people leaving the company because of these cons * Restrictive environment * The management gives vague projections and growth number without backing data

Pros

Great opportunities for learning and meeting new people, working with different teams and challenging yourself, great opportunities to forward your career, the majority of the engineer and staff are wonderful to work with and in most departments there is an understanding of the benefits of work life balance.

Cons

Cronyism among upper management, highly varying experiences among the different departments - some departments are run well and others are autocracies tailored to the personal whims of management. Don't waste your time raising issues to HR.

Casual dress code and flexible working hours.

Cons

Relatively low pay and mediocre benefits. No real support from management and a lot of politics for such a small company. Parent company Murata does not encourage innovation or growth. Negative work environment.
