      The company is located in sunny San Diego. Expensive place but beautiful

      Cons

      The boss will complement me professionally and the insult me personally. I'm growing to really resent this guy. There is also no direction and very little communication.

      Pros

      Intelligent, fun, down to earth employees, competitive compensation, matching 401k contributions, high exposure to upper management, donuts/bagels every Friday, free coffee.

      Cons

      Systems outdated and don't talk to one another, lack of IT resources, lots of micro-managing in this department and low morale, manager worked 60+ hour work weeks , expected same from her team and was constantly critical of her staff and other members of the organization. Upper management turned the cheek because of her work ethic and was a good "analyst" but unreasonable, robotic manager.
