      Pros

      Very interesting and state of the art products and technology. Customer base is vast and forward vision of new products is exciting.

      Cons

      Micro-management and character judgments created stress to feel a part of the team. Upper management would often close their eyes to changes that needed to be made to help promote internal growth and a healthy culture. Many departments struggle with narrow vision. "WORK HARD- PLAY HARD" has become "work - PLAY HARDER"

      Pros

      Mr. Cable and Mr. Reedy are cool guys from what I can tell. There are a few good ideas of how to run things here,a few more would be nice.

      Cons

      Feels like a minor league organization, there is this weird family feeling but it is a dysfunctional family feeling. Not my long term employer.

      - Everyone is friendly for the most part - Work life is relaxed - Interesting projects - Good for a beginner

      Cons

      - Management was terrible, got strung along for better part of a year for a promotion and additional support, ended up being overworked and constantly underdelivering - Had credit stolen by management a few times, even had managers present my original ideas as if their own - Creepy direct manager that got a bit too personal, like really personal - Group I was in was toxic, nobody trusted anyone to learn what they were doing, people talking behind people's backs, over time I just stopped engaging everyone - The benefits are a joke, literally go anywhere else if you have the option
