      - People who work here are genuinely nice as well as impact-motivated -> this leads to a super collaborative, no-politics, and non-toxic kind of culture - rePurpose Global is doing some incredibly innovative things, and I am so proud for participating in this mission - Tremendous amounts of learning and the management is very focused on mentorship + career growth for employees

      - At times, there can be a lot of work, but at the same time, management is flexible & accommodative when it comes to work hours and deadlines so it doesn't really manifest as a problem
