Having worked in multiple organizations before, I consider myself lucky to have gotten the opportunity to work at rePurpose Global. 1. The pride of working in a growing organization that is mission-driven. The primary motivation for everyone on the team is to make a difference and create an impact. 2.The remuneration is on the higher end of industry standards. This meant that while I switched from a traditional sector to the impact sector, I didn't have to take a pay-cut and in fact, I am at a similar pay scale as my peers in a traditional industry. 3. Co-founders who genuinely care about employee welfare. Lot of effort and programs put in place to enhance the skills of employees.
