Being supportive to one another and maintaining a positive culture are of upmost importance to us, so we’re pleased to hear your experience is reflective of that. We’ve also made conscious efforts to better our onboarding process, so we very much value the feedback there as well. We agree that there is so much work to be done on the topics of DEIB. To kickstart conversations and education surrounding these sensitive topics, a training roadmap has been developed beginning this month. We’re excited to see the evolution in this area and look forward to hearing your authentic voice as we move along in this curriculum.

      - Experienced employees are very helpful and supportive of new members. - Majority of company employees have a very positive attitude and are easy to work with. - Smaller company with a family-feel culture. - Company invests in its employees continued learning with mandatory yearly training hours to keep job specific skills sharp - Great work life balance. - Great benefits (401k+Match/Health Insurance/PTO/Stock Options) - Just moved into a very nice high-rise building in Schaumburg with great amenities (Free Parking garage with walkway to building, Cafeteria, Gym, convivence store)

      Cons

      - Standard operating procedures/ work instructions are not always available. - Finding archived project information can be time consuming due to non-standardized filing structures in some departments.
