Hybrid work schedule, nothing else

Cons

Poor management, no room for advancement, pay raises are 3% (if that), reviews are a joke, gossiping cesspool, turnover is ridiculous, HR is one sided, systems are antiquated, no bonuses, you get a gift card at christmas , no incentives, pay is not competitive
