Cons

As with many national companies there are often more mandates from management than be kept track of by employees on the ground, let alone followed.

Most of the people are fantastic to work with and leadership is genuinely concerned with welfare of employees. There are many opportunities to stretch yourself and learn in an environment that really tests you.

Cons

Communication needs improvement and all the growth and change has left a less than desirable state that needs to be stabilized. I have no doubt this will come in time.
