New spiff program made it so those of us in a slower store can actually make good money! I'm averaging $13.50 an hour now. Thanks for hearing our concerns. I felt the need to share since so many previous comments complained about the old way we got paid.

I used to have so many. But the recent changes addressed so many of them. Thank you. Will we ever be able to repair iPhone screens on site?
