•Store level recently restructured. •Huge pay cut to existing store level employees. •The Culture is now nothing but a set of words. •Many strong employees have willingly left the company due to lowered standards and recent restructure. •Company now cares more about metrics and pushing product than creating solutions and creating returning customers.
