Pros
Good discount (but you don't get it for six months and you're only allowed to use it once)
Cons
The spiffs payout is a joke as far as commission goes, which would be fine if they paid a decent wage but they don't. Managers are complete jerks. The company acts like it has this culture to it as if it were an Apple Store but they aren't. They don't follow ESD safety protocols (do NOT get your computer repaired here). Managers set unrealistic sales expectations for how little traffic we get in store. Overall it's just poorly managed. If they paid a decent wage I'd put up with all this but I won't be here long.
