If you’re passionate about Apple products then it is a good place to work. People are great and there are opportunities for growth and promotion.

Cons

When understaffed (which can happen often) you will get scheduled more than part-time. It was hard to manage that while in school.

Great opportunities, flexible schedule, full-time, training and brotherhood environment. Management was great and there is a lot to learn from.

Cons

Lack of incentives and commissions. Work here is great besides that, which honestly is not a deal breaker. Is just an are to improve.

Pros

Simply Mac is very employee oriented. They are just as concerned about their employees as they are their customers. The benefits and career growth they offer is unlike any other company. There is no disliking your job, if they feel that you are having a difficult time the upper management always reaches out to you and helps as best as they can.

Cons

The only con is some times it can take a little bit longer to move up in title than some would like. This is because the turnaround on employees is not very high. Once you are employed it is very difficult to leave.
