unrealistic project completion goals unlimited pto is not really limited... you can be denied project overload you will find yourself working late nights and around others who are also accepting the unfair expectation or working late nights or weekends. very misleading idea of "fun" culture at work....using emojis and being laxed in language is not actually making sure everyone likes their job. I hope you don't have an outside passion or other interest, this company will not allow the growth for that. the pressure here is heavy, like damaging to your mental health heavy. the other review are right, this is burnout city....
