Pros

Great benefits, friendly coworkers, great office environment! Everyone on the team is passionate and driven. We work really hard but between weekly company lunches, office games, and unlimited PTO we stay refreshed and energized. The company has phenomenal leadership and a very clear vision. Working for springbig is the first time in my career I have been able to honestly say that I love what I do.

Cons

As with most startups, if you aren't used to wearing many hats and pitching in to get things done this would be an adjustment.

Great Company to Work For!

Pros

Comfortable working environment, encouraged to speak your mind and give ideas to upper management, Cornhole tournaments in the office, shuffle board available to play though out the day, frequent employee parties.

Cons

The only thing I would change is the work hours of 9-6, would prefer to come in earlier and get out earlier.
