Amazing team, fantastic management, and even better company culture. Springbig has a great environment for welcoming new employees and making them feel at home. I'm also extremely impressed by the diversity and inclusion in the company, which is extremely important to me. Lastly, I'm the most impressed by the people who work at springbig and their dedication to achieving a common goal.

Cons

Company is growing extremely fast so there are a lot of moving parts. Management does a great job though of keeping departments running smoothly together.
