Leadership, colleagues, and clients make this a great place to contribute. Tougher economic times and strains in the cannabis did mean some leaning out to the team but overall it felt like the right thing for the business.

Cons

Cannabis is a tough market that bring added uncertainty to the already unpredictable SaaS landscape this means goals, objectives and strategies change quickly.
