Regarding promotions, employees are given an opportunity to grow from within, provided they meet the qualifications of the role per the job description. Job descriptions exist for every position and we ensure that we hire people with relevant experience, whether they are an internal or external candidate.
Turnover is not high. Many employees have stayed with us through the years and have been promoted through the ranks. Additionally, the company has gone from 50 employees in March of 2020 to 148 today (almost tripled in 15 months)! As we continue to grow there will be more opportunities for career growth.
