As a reminder, we have an open door policy and our leadership team is available to meet with you at any time to discuss your concerns. Springbig is a stable and growing organization. We are 148 people strong and counting! Springbig has mechanisms in place to manage performance and if needed, manage poor performers out of the organization. Managers review staff during their 30-60-90 day points and also perform annual performance reviews. Additionally, job descriptions exist for every position and we ensure that we hire people with relevant experience. Springbig has a 90 day “You fit/ We fit” period where we assess performance so that if an employee is underperforming they are given opportunities to improve. Regarding loyalty, employees are given opportunities to be promoted from within, provided they meet the qualifications of the role per the job description.
