Pros
Love the workplace culture! Everyone really loves working with and respects one another. There are tons of perks like casual dress code, fun group of people who are also very smart and passionate about the cannabis industry, Friday office Olympics, and spirit days. One of the best perks if unlimited PTO, also free snacks. Overall, the industry is so exciting and there is so much to learn and lots of room for growth.
Cons
As with any start-up, things can change very quickly so you have to be willing to be flexible and agile when your priorities may change from one day to the next. We all wear many hats and the work is very fast-paced which is great for some but if you aren't used to this it can be an adjustment.
